Customers can request a full refund of their pre-order deposit at any time before the full pyament is placed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@levelfoils.com or through our website's contact form.

Refund requests should include the customer's name, order number, and the reason for the refund.

Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the pre-order deposit or an alternative payment method provided.
Your eFoils will be available for self-pick-up at one of our distribution centers across Europe (France, Greece) and North America (Florida).
A flat $350 delivery fee for deliveries within continental Europe or USA/Canada will be charged.
An up-to-date delivery quote would be provided upon the full purchase order for shipping locations outside of continental Europe and the US.
The Pre-Order Reservation will not charge delivery fees; however, we recommend expressing your intention to use a preferred delivery option in the drop-down menu.
